December 3, 2025 (Wednesday) 2:00-5:00pm

Welcome to Family-Directed Assessment in the Early Intervention Program, a training in the field of early intervention offered by the New York State Department of Health’s Division of Family Health, Bureau of Early Intervention. In this course, you will will gain knowledge of the family-directed assessment as a component of the multidisciplinary evaluation (MDE) and the regulatory requirements and responsibilities involved.

After successfully completing BOTH live class sessions and a the post-course survey, you will receive a downloadable certificate of completion. If you have already earned a certificate of completion for this course either in a live or self-paced format IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, you cannot retake it and receive professional development credits. You must attend the entire series of two class sessions in order to qualify for a certificate of completion.
